The Spider Bungee is used to keep your tire chains snug against your wheel and keeps the chain evenly distributed around your tire increasing traction.  Made of heavy duty rubber the bungee also extends the usable life of your tire chains by up to 40%.

This part is sold in pairs and is a one size fits all for light truck tire chains. Approximate size is 15" in diameter. 
These spider bungees can be used for all Rim Sizes of 15" to 20"

Great Service!
I have used the skid steer chains during the winter months for clearing our private property in the bush. With this clip on chain product i no longer have traction issues in the snow. Recently the spider bungees were starting to crack and one email requesting replacements landed them to my door within a week no charge . CHAINS FOR 265s WITH SPIDER
DUE TO THE BIG TIRES ON MY GRAND CHEROKEE IT WAS ESSENTIAL TO HAVE TIGHT WORKING CHAINS WITHOUT MODS TO THE FENDER OPENINGS. THAT WORKED OUT GREAT WITH THE PACKAGE. THEY ARE STILL EASY TO GET ON AND OFF, SINCE THE HOCKING MECHANISM IS QUITE FLEXIBLE. THE SPIDER RUBBER DISCOLORED FROM BLUE TO WHITE ON THE THE FIRST USE DUE TO THE STRETCHING. I HOPE THAT DOES NOT MEAN ANYTHING.

Chains are the Best
I have used tire chains every winter...after purchasing from Canadian Chains...all I can say is NO ONE ELSE COMPARES....I purchased the V-Bar....these are extremely heavy duty(comparable to the links used on Semi trucks)...easiest chains that I have ever put on...the spider bungee is outstanding...never have to worry about loose chains... These chains and Bungees will out last me..and will be handed down to my children...I am confident that that my Children will hand them down to their children...thats how well built these products are.

Spider Bungees
Found them to work well. I like the all rubber, seems like it will weather well. Easy to install, make sure chains are on correct first.

Bungees are a must
Clearly a must have for snow chains. Even relatively loose chains are kept in place. Go for it !

King of the Mountain
These are really cool. They really keep the lid on your garbage can. ...I mean they really keep your chains tight. My wife had to get some friends over to help stretch them to get them on. Not too sure about the colour though? Must be other uses for them in the summer time? Think, Think.
